Chicagoans are about to get a taste of the poutine/barbecue mashup that is Q-Tine, which hits that hot block of Milwaukee Avenue in Logan Square today. You've already looked around the space, which includes that cool airstream in the back, but today you can check out the food and drink menus, along with a handy glossary that gives expanded information on the dishes, below.

Besides offering a selection of traditional barbecue (Memphis ribs, chicken, beef brisket and pulled pork), Q-Tine has six signature poutines, including the Q-"Philly" steak, EQ's hot smoked salmon Q-Tine, the anti-Q (for vegans and gluten intolerant folks) as well as the kitchen sink, which is filled with assorted meats, gravy and cheese.

There's also classic poutine and one featuring Merguez, the spicy Moroccan-style sausage, along with sandwiches and a few dessert options (including a sweet potato poutine with apples, caramel sauce and whipped cream).

See what Q-Tine has in store when it opens to the public today at 4:00 p.m.
