AROUND TOWN—StarChefs' 2015 Chicago Rising Star Awards have been announced and the winners include Parachute's Johnny Clark and Beverly Kim, Boka's Lee Wolen, Yusho's Harold Jurado, as well as pastry chefs from The Publican (Anna Posey), West Loop Salumi (Gregory Laketek) and NoMI Kitchen (Greg Mosko).
