In signature style, the Alinea Group introduced the next Next interation, Tapas, with a video today. The latest in their long line of moving picture announcements features a slideshow collage of photos from their scouting trip to Spain, including shots of Ferran Adria, and ending with a cartoon postcard with an animated Grant Achatz on a postage stamp.
This is the second Next iteration of 2015, after Bistro, and runs until September 6. Tickets are on sale now; watch the intro video below.
