4) BUCKTOWN/HUMBOLDT PARK— Right near the neighborhoods' border, O's Tap, a redo of longtime neighborhood spot Western Tap, is now open, giving drinkers a renovated dive bar to frequent. The space has a pool table and a back area for smokers, according to DNAinfo. Status: Certified open, 2044 N. Western Ave.
