There's lots of changes inside the West Loop space at Soho House Chicago. Tonight, management's opening the Fox Bar, describing it as a "late-night drinking joint" with a focus on local beers and Chicago-themed cocktails, as there's one named after former Mayor Jane Byrne. They're also launching a new Chicken Shop menu.
Chicken Shop is one of the three restaurants inside Soho House Chicago, and the new Fox Bar will reside inside. There's a heavy dose of British sporting culture in the decor, and they're even planning to offer Fox Bar-branded rolling papers and lighters. Further igniting hipsters' interests is a record player on premises, as Fox Bar plans a BYO music night. That's in addition to the bar courting local DJs who'll play tunes on a regular basis.
