BUCKTOWN—Change has come to The Bristol with the appointment of Sean Pharr to the executive chef position. Pharr, who has spent the past year working at B. Hospitality Co.'s other restaurants Balena and Formento's, also spent time in the kitchens of Tru and NoMI. Chris Pandel, who has been The Bristol's executive chef since the restaurant opened in 2008, will concentrate on getting Armour & Swift, the next B. Hospitality and Boka restaurant collaboration, off the ground a little later this year. [Tribune]
