Greg Mosko, one of Food & Wine's best new pastry chefs of 2014, is moving over to NoMI kitchen from Bruce Sherman's Michelin-starred North Pond. Kevin McCormick takes over for Mosko.
"Greg's been a treasured part of the North Pond family and we'll sorely miss him," Sherman says in a statement.
McCormick's resume includes time spent at Boulder, CO's Frasca Food and Wine as well as at Thomas Keller's Per Se. Sherman states that the team feels McCormick will "be a great fit" and that he will be an "able successor" to Mosko.
This is the second recent chef change at NoMI, as the restaurant named Satoru Takeuchi its executive chef two weeks ago.
Mosko, who also worked for Keller (The French Laundry, Bouchon Bakery), will finish his time out at North Pond tomorrow and begin working at NoMI on April 20.
