Eight months after opening, Bohemian House will launch weekend brunch service on Saturday featuring homemade sausages, Bavarian pancakes and other European-inspired items. Executive Chef Jimmy Papadopoulos may tinker with the menu down the line, but for now, he's excited to finally offer brunch, something he wanted to do since the restaurant opened.
Highlights include lox and toast — an amped up version of the breakfast classic; and smoked beef tongue hash. A full brunch beverage menu features Bowtruss coffee and cocktails like the "Pulaski Smash" (whisky, lemon, passion fruit, green bell pepper and mint).
