Iliana Regan's Bunny, the Micro Bakery, Opening on May 22, JINYA Chicago in June/July; More

1) LAKEVIEW— May 22 is the opening date for Bunny, the micro bakery, and Wunder POP. Iliana Regan's (Elizabeth) project is one of the most anticipated openings this year. [Reader]

2) LINCOLN PARK— L.A.-based JINYA Ramen Bar's shooting for a June or July open inside the former 2 Sparrows space at 553 W. Diversey Parkway. The menu isn't finalized, but will be similar to other JINAYA locations. They'll serve a selection of craft beer with their noodles. [EaterWire]

3) WICKER PARK— Pasta Bowl's second location is slated for an April 15 opening date at 1852 W. North Ave, and they're hiring. They're still waiting for their liquor license, so it will be BYO to begin and offer the same menu as the original Lincoln Park location, open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily. [EaterWire]

4) THE LOOP— Prime and Provisions, the new steakhouse from DineAmic Hospitality Group (Bull & Bear, Public House, Siena Tavern), is scheduled for a May 2 open at 222 N. LaSalle St. They'll begin taking reservations on April 15. [EaterWire]

5) WEST LOOP— The Lunatic, Lover & Poet, a wine bar at 736 W. Randolph St., will open this summer. The 75-seat wine and small-plate spot was originally slated for a December opening. [EaterWire]

6) LINCOLN SQUARE— The much-delayed Ampersand Wine Bar scaled another hurdle, as the owners received city approvals to begin construction at 4845 N. Damen Ave. The project was announced in 2014, and ownership has since found a new location. [DNAinfo]
