GOLD COAST—Cristiana DeLucca, a decorated cocktailer who made her mark as Charles Joly's successor at the shuttered standout cocktail lounge The Drawing Room, will be the beverage director when the long-awaited steak restaurant and lounge Maple & Ash hopefully opens in late summer. DeLucca had been working at Bangers & Lace in the interim. [EaterWire]

IRVING PARK—Head to Bread & Wine on May 11 for an event that benefits the Cantu Children's Trust. A $75 ticket buys food from Smoque, Bread & Wine, and Revolution beer; and silent auction items include dinners at Grace, Blackbird, Juno, A10, Taus Authentic, and cooking class with Carrie Nahabedian. AVONDALE—Parachute will have its own in-house beer tomorrow. Pareidolia, a collaboration with Illuminated Brew Works, is a dry Belgian-style brew. [EaterWire]
