GRK Greek Kitchen's New Roof Bar; Pizza Party at Boiler Room; More

THE LOOP— GRK Greek Kitchen's second-floor rooftop deck bar opens on Wednesday at their 400 S. Wells St. location. They'll have room for 75 seats and later this spring they'll unveil a bar menu. [EaterWire]

LOGAN SQUARE— The Boiler Room's hosting a special party at 9 p.m. on Sunday, May 10 at 2210 N. California Ave. The Half Acre Second Sunday Pizza Party allows patrons to jam to a punk rock and ska DJ set while enjoying the PBJ special with a pizza slice, tall boy of PBR and Jameson shot for $8.50. LINCOLN PARK— United Airlines announced it's teaming up with the Trotter Project, allowing special in-flight menus influenced by some of Chicago most famous chefs. [Crain's]

RIVER NORTH— Bohemian House, 11 W. Illinois St., will offer a five-course dinner with beers from Aquanauts Brewery. A firkin of the MoonRay Porter, made with toasted coconut, will also be poured. Tickets are $65. Call (312) 955-0439 for tickets.

OAK PARK— Late fall, the owner of The Dawson plans on opening a new restaurant in suburban Oak Park. It's called the Citrine Cafe and it will serve food from a wood-burning oven. [Crain's]
