WICKER PARK—Taus Authentic begins serving Sunday brunch this weekend from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Michael Taus' menu (see below), includes a roasted apple pancake with bourbon-maple syrup, braised pork tamale with cotija cheese, salsa verde and scrambled poblano eggs, as well as "beermosas" of Allagash white and fresh orange juice.
