Tickets for the seventh annual Cochon 555, taking place Sunday, April 26 at Morgan Manufacturing, are now on sale and the lineup has also been revealed.

So who will be crowned the prince (or, perhaps, princess) of pork this year?

2015's competitors are Nathan Sears (The Radler), Nicole Pederson (Found), Chris Marchino (Spiaggia), John Manion (La Sirena Clandestina) and the TÊTE Charcuterie duo of Thomas Rice and Kurt Guzowski.

This year also boasts a couple of new tables to keep everyone chowing down on pork. Jason Vincent (2013' King of Porc) will handle a tapas bar, while a tartare bar will feature Sepia's Andrew Zimmerman (what will attendees' reactions to that be?), additionally, Rob Levitt (The Butcher & Larder) will make his return for a butchering demonstration.

Tickets, which range from $200 for VIP (which gets you early eating, drinking and mingling) and $125 for general admission, can be purchased here. There's also the after party to hang around for once the winner has been crowned.

Travelle's Tim Graham won last year's competition.
