Cindy's Joins Shake Shack, Land & Sea Dept. at Chicago Athletic Association Hotel

There's another restaurant joining Shake Shack and Land & Sea Dept.'s at the Chicago Athletic Association Hotel. Cindy's will sit at the top of the building and is inspired by garden parties and Great Lakes beach houses with the menu reflecting that lightness and elegance.

Cindy's will focus on seasonality and feature light, shareable plates, punch bowls and cocktails in carafe form. Guests will have a unique view to take in the city from Cindy's, particularly of Millennium Park, which is positioned directly across the street.

The hotel is rumored to be opening the first week of May along with Cindy's, Shake Shack and Land & Sea's project. But representatives will only confirm it opening in the month of May. Stay tuned for an update.
