NASHVILLE—Former Kinmont chef Duncan Biddulph, now living in Nashville, has taken a position at the forthcoming Fifty First Kitchen and Bar after a couple of months of easing in to his new home. Biddulph tells Eater Nashville he eventually wants to open his own restaurant in the area. Former Slurping Turtle executive chef Aaron Cuschieri is now heading up Kinmont.[Eater Nashville]
