LINCOLN PARK—June 6 will see the release of Low & Slow 2: The Art of Barbecue, Smoke-Roasting, and Basic Curing by Gary Wiviott. To celebrate, Barn & Company will host a pitmaster dinner on April 29 featuring pitmaster porchetta with salsa verde, macque choux with smoked tomato and corn and other recipes from the book.
