The parties involved in the nasty Purple Pig lawsuit haven't said much publicly about the legal battle. That is, until now. Chicago's nailed down a nice summary of the conflict, in the process getting Scott Harris to offer up new details on what prompted the strife between him and restaurant partners Jimmy Bannos Jr., Sr. (Heaven on Seven) and Tony Mantuano (Spiaggia).

Harris told Chicago that cockiness from chef-partner Jimmy Bannos Jr. chafed him. After Bannos Jr. asked for a raise, Harris looked deeper into the restaurant's financial records. Harris claimed the lawsuit was a last resort. There's also the counter lawsuit filed by the Bannoses and Mantuano—that mentions an obscene photo Harris sent to Annamarie Bannos, the wife of Jimmy Bannos Sr. Harris acknowledged the photo, calling it a just a joke between former friends. What will come out next?
