The Chicago Cut guys are still shrouding their new seafood restaurant in the old Keefer's space, C Fish House, in mystery, but interior photos have surfaced online and it looks ready to go. The still papered-over bi-level upscale space at 20 W. Kinzie—photos of which were posted on Facebook last night by marketing and event consulting company Genuine Entertainment Chicago—features a large dining room with white tablecloth-clad tables and sea green chairs, a circular bar, a mezzanine level, a wine wall, a raw bar, and lots of wood. Servers and bartenders dressed in white dress shirts, white aprons, and green ties appear to be going through training.
According to previous reports, the restaurant is scheduled to open sometime in the second quarter of 2015 with chef Bill Montagne (Le Bernardin, Lettuce Entertain You) running the kitchen. Stay tuned for the opening date and more.
