LOGAN SQUARE— Madison Public House is holding an unofficial beer contest featuring 16 local brewers. The beers on tap won't be labeled, so patrons will blindly-judge them on three categories: Style, drinkability and overall awesomeness. The Brewer's Choice Chicago Beer Competition is from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday and tickets cost $30 before the event and $35 the day off. Get tickets here. [EaterWire]

RIVER NORTH— Sumi Robota Bar will start Sunday dinner service starting 5 p.m. on Sunday. Make a reservation here. [EaterWire]

EVANSTON/ROGERS PARK— The Amazing Kale Burger Lunch Counter is opening on Sunday at 741 Howard St. in Evanston, just near the city boarder with Rogers Park. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and soy-free fare are all on the menu. [EaterWire]

MILLENNIUM PARK— The Fairmont Chicago Hotel's showcasing it's recently-opened Kosher kitchen by hosting a Kosher spring dinner form 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday, March 29. They'll serve sushi, deli items and Middle Eastern cuisine. It's $68 per person and $34 for children 5 to 12. Children 4 and younger eat for free. Make reservations here. [EaterWire]
