FULTON MARKET—Change is coming to Moto as executive pastry chef Claire Crenshaw's last day will be Saturday, March 14. Crenshaw, a two-time Jean Banchet Awards nominee who spent three years at Homaro Cantu's Michelin-starred restaurant, is moving over to the Loews Chicago Hotel, where she'll head up the pastry program. Reached for comment, Cantu says that Crenshaw will "always be part of the (Moto) family" and that they are "talking about doing things with her in the future." Cantu did not reveal plans for Crenshaw's replacement. Stay tuned. [EaterWire]
