THE LOOPThere's a possibility that Chicago will get a sneak peek of Foodseum, the food museum that successfully raised $33,000 via Kickstarter last year, this summer along the Riverwalk. Founder Kyle Joseph is submitting a proposal to the city and plans to unveil an exhibit entitled "The Hot Dog and Encased Meat of the World." Joseph also hopes to have a vessel to serve sausages for the exhibit. [DNAinfo]
