1) MILLENNIUM PARK— It's a May 5 opening for Remington's, 4-Star Restaurant Group's (Smoke Daddy, Dunlays on Clark) project across the street from Millennium Park's Bean at 20 N. Michigan Ave. Crews gutted the 6,200-square-foot former Caffe Bacci to make room for seating for 250. A private-event space, lounge and central wine room are some of Remington's features.
