Chicago's best-known restaurant and food forum, LTH Forum, has released the 2015 edition of its Great Neighborhood Restaurants and Resources. The community inducted 18 new entries this year, compared to 14 in 2014. Forum members debated the merits of some of the Chicago area's best restaurants, food destinations, butchers and grocery stores while compiling the list.
This year marks the first time a Wisconsin entry (Wells Brothers Italian Bar & Restaurant in Racine, Wis.) made the list. Also of note: Publican Quality Meats became the third Paul Kahan restaurant to make the cut, the only restaurateur to ever appear on LTH Forum's list that many times. Other notable additions include Elizabeth, Sportsman's Club, and Analogue.
The first list was put together in 2005, and there are more than 17,000 LTH Forum user-members, forming one of Chicago's most vibrant online communities to discuss all things culinary.
