The Dawson Celebrates Wisconsin Next Thursday; Free Food at The Whistler; More

RIVER WEST—The Dawson will host a six-course dinner centered on spirits with a great outdoors theme entitled "From Wisconsin...With Love" on Thursday, March 26. Beverage director Clint Rogers and Bittercube's Nick Kosevich and Ira Koplowitz are curating the cocktail side, while executive chef Shaun King handles the food. Tickets for the event are $65 (tax and tip included) and can be purchased here. Their next dinner in April will feature a French bistro theme with the restaurant teaming up with Scofflaw and The Violet Hour. [EaterWire]
