RIVER WEST—The Dawson will host a six-course dinner centered on spirits with a great outdoors theme entitled "From Wisconsin...With Love" on Thursday, March 26. Beverage director Clint Rogers and Bittercube's Nick Kosevich and Ira Koplowitz are curating the cocktail side, while executive chef Shaun King handles the food.
