GOLD COAST—The oyster bar at Hugo's Frog Bar & Fish House is now open, featuring an oyster shucking station in the center of the new, hand-crafted, 32-foot mahogany bar. The oyster bar will feature five East and West Coast varieties of oysters, along with shrimp cocktail, Alaskan red king crab, Anastasia gold caviar (Hugo's own proprietary Ossetra caviar farm-raised in Pierson, Florida), as well as fried oysters sliders, an expanded selection of white wine, and live entertainment.
