Juno Team Joining Lettuce Entertain You for Sushi Spot Nishiguchi

Expect a spring opening inside LEYE's Intro space.

It turns out Juno's Jason Chan and B.K. Park upcoming restaurant partnership will be with Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, the Tribune reports. Nishiguchi, which will focus on sushi, is shooting for a spring opening. It will be located in what had been a private dining space inside LEYE's recently reconcepted Intro.

Like Intro, Nishiguchi will also employ Nick Kokonas' prepaid, online reservation system, Tock. Expect a small, intimate space as the sushi spot will seat no more than 45 guests total.

Chan and Park's recent, intense eating excursion to oyster bars, seafood spots, and Japanese restaurants in NYC will no doubt play a big part into Nishiguchi's menu development. Juno will stay open and operate as normal.
