RIVER NORTH—Some new things have come to 25 Degrees, including new cocktails for $11 from Jan Henrichsen. There's also a craft-your-own burger option, as well as a burger and beer of the month special this month. This month's selection feature roasted poblano, balsamic caramelized onions and bacon with habanero jack cheese paired with Revolution Brewing's Rosa Hibiscus Ale. RIVER NORTH—Celebrating National Pisco Sour Day, Tanta is crafting unique spins on the classic cocktail to benefit the Anti-Cruelty Society throughout the month of February for $11 each. On February 8 at 1:00 p.m. the restaurant will host a pisco sour mixology class with Pisco Porton brand ambassador Natalia Cardenas for $49 per person.
