GOLD COAST—A new oyster bar is coming to Hugo's Frog Bar and Fish House this spring. A release promises a "state-of-the-art" oyster shucking station that will be the main attraction at the mahogany bar. The bar will hold 16 guests, will feature personal USB and charging stations. The new menu will feature five East and West Coast oyster varieties along with a new oyster slider. [EaterWire]

RIVER NORTH—Kinmont has partnered with Shedd Aquarium for their Friday night fish fry, running until April 3. Each Friday the restaurant will donate ten percent of the fish fry's profits for the museum's sustainable seafood initiative. The meal, costing $19, features fresh rockfish in the style of fish and chips. [EaterWire]
