GOLD COAST—A new oyster bar is coming to Hugo's Frog Bar and Fish House this spring. A release promises a "state-of-the-art" oyster shucking station that will be the main attraction at the mahogany bar. The bar will hold 16 guests, will feature personal USB and charging stations. Each Friday the restaurant will donate ten percent of the fish fry's profits for the museum's sustainable seafood initiative.
