AROUND TOWN— The first Punch Bowl Social in Chicago hasn't even opened, and ownership is already gearing up for a second location in the city. RIVER NORTH— Bohemian House will offer guests a chance to sit at a chef's table in March. Reservations are $75 a person, and for parties six to eight people, Sunday through Wednesday. MILLENNIUM PARK— The Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park has unveiled a new kosher kitchen in hopes of serving the local Jewish community and international guests.
