1) LINCOLN PARK— After a closure that lasted more than two months, spicy food fans finally have Chengdu Impression back. Owner Ryan Hu reopened last week, adding more dishes to a renovated space. STATUS: Certified re-open.
2) THE LOOP— Though the Virgin Hotel opened last month, not all of its restaurants were ready for the public. But now, the hotel's coffee shop and wine bar, Two Zero Three, is ready. It's open 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. on weekdays and 7 a.m to 10 p.m. on weekends. Look for Miss Ricky's to debut sometime next month. STATUS: Certified open.
3) BUCKTOWN— Chicago now has three Toppers Pizzas, as a third is open in Wicker Park. The Wisconsin late-night pizza chain has two more Chicago spots on the way, in Lincoln Park and Lakeview. STATUS: Certified open, 1658 N. Milwaukee Ave.
4) LAKEVIEW— Si-Pie Pizzeria management is still playing around with its menu, but the joint is serving up pies in the same space where Pie Hole Pizza Joint stood. Expect a grand opening soon. STATUS: Soft open.
