One of New York's most celebrated chefs will have a major part in putting together Taste Talks Chicago. April Bloomfield, of the heralded Spotted Pig and more, will join Paul Kahan in curating the star-studded food festival and symposium that's coming to Chicago for the second year at various locations between October 2-4.
Kahan curated last year's inaugural Taste Talks Chicago, where Rick Bayless, Marc Vetri, Donnie Madia, and many more held discussions, dinners, a barbecue, and many more events around town last October. The festival originated in Brooklyn in 2013, which was curated by Bloomfield.
Stay tuned for details on the events and participants for Taste Talks Chicago 2015.
