—Hungry movie buffs downtown have a new dine-in theater option with the Thursday opening of the AMC theaters inside the Block 37 shops. Items from the full menu, which include sushi rolls, five burgers, four kinds of mac and cheese, and much more are delivered to plush recliners in 11 theaters at the push of a button. There's also a full bar.
—Gino's Steaks, a cheesesteak food truck, opened a brick-and-mortar restaurant on Tuesday at 335 W. 31st St. in Bridgeport, the former home of Husky Hog BBQ. The counter-service spot serves four sandwiches (two steak, chicken, veggie) and fries until late (11:30 a.m. until 2 a.m. Monday through Saturday; until 9 p.m. on Sundays).
