Shutter Report: Mystic Celt in Lakeview; Houlihan's Downtown; More

LAKEVIEW— Jan. 2 is the last day for business at the Mystic Celt, reports Southport Corridor News. The building at 3443 N. Southport Ave is up for sale.

THE LOOP— Houlihan's has shuttered its downtown location. The chain still operates six suburban spots, but the location at 111 E. Wacker Drive is no longer open.

RIVER NORTH— Robust Coffee Lounge has closed its River North location at 416 W. Ontario St. Robust's other location, in Woodlawn, continues to operate.

LAKEVIEW— Sad news for Thai fans. Taste of Asia— Bamee Noodle Shop closed earlier this fall. The restaurant with the bright-colored neon sign is no longer in operation at 3120 N. Broadway St.

ROGERS PARK— Towbar, the motorcycle-themed cafe that's experienced some ownership instability, is done at 1500 W. Jarvis St. Ownership provided "unforeseen circumstances" as the reason, according to DNAinfo.
