Count Rick Bayless as a Bob Ross fan, one of the many who won't forget the beloved host of "The Joy of Painting." Chicago's favorite Mexican chef and his staff posted a video short on Facebook, paying hysterical homage to Ross, with Bayless donning a wig and showing fans how to paint "happy little cilantro leaves." Ross famously taught PBS viewers in the 1980s how to make magic using a brush and an easel, urging them to paint "happy little trees."

"Paint some happy little cilantro leaves...," Bayless says. "Maybe want to sprinkle some queso fresco onto this little chilaquiles village. The town's people are going to love that, I know I would."
Ross, who died in 1995, has made a recent resurgence in popularity, after Twitch began streaming "The Joy of Painting" in October. Don't forget those "little tortilla chippies," indeed.
