They'll serve dinner daily, and eventually figure out brunch.

Dos Urban Cantina, adding to the number of restaurants run by former Rick Bayless employees, debuted on Tuesday in Logan Square. The restaurant features a kitchen helmed by the husband-wife team of Brian Enyart and Jennifer Jones, serving Mexican-inspired dishes and traditional items.

The Enyarts worked at Bayless' Topolobampo and have said their first restaurant represents a way to personally express themselves. While the couple is quick to point they're not serving genuine Mexican food, they're keen on preserving culinary traditions. Even inside, the art (the installation is called "Millagros") greeting guests is symbolic of a long-held part of Mexican culture. Will the Enyarts follow in the success of former Frontera Grill and Topolobampo line cook Anselmo Ramírez and Ixcateco Grill? Logan Square will soon see.

Dos Urban Cantina, 2829 W. Armitage Ave., (773) 661-6423, open at 5 p.m. daily. Kitchen closes at 11 p.m. on weekdays and at midnight on weekends.
