Farm Barthe truncated version of Farmhouse, will open at 5 p.m. today in Lakeview, bringing a taste of Farmhouse's spots in River North and Evanston. The opening had been delayed, but they're now ready to serve inside the 2,000-square-foot spot once occupied by Wellington's Tavern.

There's a selection of five burgers, sourced from ingredients from farmers in Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. The Wisconsin Lamb Trippel pops off the menu (it's a lamb patty, melted three Wisconsin cheeses, applewood smoked bacon mayo, pickled cranberries on marble rye). Those infamous Farmhouse cheese curds will also make their ways to Farm Bar, and there's a selection of sandwiches including an open-faced meatloaf.

Drinks wise, Farm Bar features 24 local draft beers, a four-tap draft wine system, as well as craft cocktails. The full food menu follows below.
