The follow-up to DryHop Brewers is 10 days away. Corridor Brewery & Provisions will open on October 15 at 3446 N. Southport, and you can take a photo tour of the space here.
Head brewer Brant Dubovick and chef Joel Pillar have finished up their beer and food menus, respectively, which you can read below. Corridor will open with six brews inspired by "farmhouse breweries" and "hop-forward American trailblazers," with one, the nitro lactose IPA "Wizard Fight" (7 percent), available year-round. The food menu is full of hearty gastropubby dishes, including flatbreads and sandwiches baked in a clay hearth oven.
Corridor Brewery & Provisions will open for the first time at 5 p.m. on Oct. 15, with regular hours, 11 a.m. until midnight daily, beginning the following day.
