—Analogue is kicking off lunch service at 11 a.m. today, serving a variety of po boys and other Cajun dishes, cocktails, and cafeteria-style dishes on plastic trays such as meatloaf and brisket and grits. Check out the menu below.

—Grant Achatz and Nick Kokonas' Roister is getting closer to opening, as a they filed a liquor license application with the city. Kokonas declined to give an updated timeframe on the record.

Doodle's Doughnuts

—Old Town is getting a new doughnut and bacon spot late this year with Doodle's Doughnuts at 1910 N. Clark.

—Ed Debevic's held an auction on Monday where "everything" from inside the shuttered longtime kitschy diner was available. There's no word yet on how that may impact its planned relocation.

—New owner Sarah Jordan gave a name and signage to the expanded bar area in a former flower shop adjacent to Johnny's Grill, The Flower Shop Bar & Lounge.

—Check out a video for Bottled Blonde, the Arizona-imported clubstaurant that's being advertised as a "contemporary Italian concept." It opens November 5 in River North.
