Thanks to creative cooking using bizarre ingredients, like duck bills and pork bung, Rural Society chef Cory Morris won Food Network's "Chopped." Chicagoist reports Morris took home the honors after winning a bizarre battle using those aforementioned ingredients.

Morris took over as chef of Rural Society in the Loews Hotel in January after leaving Mercat a la Planxa. Jose Garces' Rural Society opened in March. Here's Eater Chicago's interview with Morris, a month after the Argentinian spot opened.
