EVANSTON—Popular Asian restaurant Lulu's is returning north of the border to 1026 Davis Street. Piggybacking the location with a new Taco Diablo, the third Lulu's incarnation will include an outdoor roofdeck and is hoping to open in fall 2015 following building demolition. WICKER PARK—The paper is off the windows of Furious Spoon, and Shin Thompson and the Takito team's ramen spot looks nearly complete. A classic wood ramen bar and matching tables are visible in the built-out space in the heart of Wicker Park. It's slated to open in February. [EaterWire]
