SOUTH LOOP—Owner John McLean opened Chicago's second Burger Bar today in the Sloop at 1150 S. Michigan. The menu, which you can read below, is similar to the original near North and Clybourn and although it's BYO for the first week or so, expect 80 craft beers with 30 on draft soon.
