Lou Malnati's News: Opening Dates, Expansions and Updates

News in West Loop, River North, North Center and Palos Heights

Marc Much

There's a lot happening in Lou Malnati's land. The deep dish icon is announcing four news items today, which should make fans in the various parts of the city (and suburbs) happy.

1.) Malnati's is almost ready to bring deep dish to Randolph Row. Reps say that the West Loop location, in the former Ina's space at 1235 W. Randolph in the West Loop, will open on October 20. It was originally slated to open in the summer.

2.) The River North location (439 N. Wells) will become 65 seats larger in mid-November. Malnati's now occupies the whole building and is constructing a second dining room on the second floor.

3.) The forthcoming North Center Lou Malnati's (4344 N. Lincoln), originally slated to open this fall at the former Golden Angel site, is now slated to open in mid-January.

4.) A new carryout/delivery location opened in Palos Heights today.
