On Monday, Olive Garden will open its first location in the city of Chicago. A cheerful staffer who answered the phone says that it will be "exactly like other Olive Gardens," meaning Chicagoans should expect 7,780-square-feet of unlimited breadsticks, salad, and other pseudo-Italian dishes from the chain behemoth.
