One Off Hospitality's Dove's Luncheonette isn't the only highly-anticipated spot that opened for the first time today. Baker Miller Bakery & Millhouse, from former Bang Bang Pie Shop husband-and-wife co-owners Dave and Megan Miller, let patrons in at 7 a.m. this morning in Lincoln Square.

The bakery and cafe serves a variety of baked goods utilizing house-ground grains and flour milled on site. It also serves composed breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes, including chicken pot pie and heritage capon chicken leg and thigh with wheat berries and vegetables.

And in one of its most interesting features, Baker Miller is one of the first places in town to have a something that's trending across the country—a toast bar. Today, that toast bar uses naturally-leavened sourdough and sunflower rye.

Sparrow coffee, Rare Tea Cellars tea, chocolate and strawberry milks, juices, ciders, and Seasons Soda and Kombucha on tap round out the beverage options.

Baker Miller Bakery & Millhouse is open from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. daily. Take a look inside the tidy space here and read the full menu below.
