FULTON MARKET—Cemitas Puebla guru Tony Anteliz says that his highly-anticipated Fulton Market expansion is very close to opening day, terming it "probably about two weeks out." Anteliz is beginning hiring, putting the finishing touches on the space, and will request inspections within days. SCHAUMBURG—Suburbanites should get ready for a massive gaming, restaurant and lounge complex to open in Schaumburg early next year.
