A judge in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court cleared the way for Crumbs reopenings under new owners Marcus Lemonis and the company behind Dippin' Dots. About two dozen major-market Crumbs will reopen, beginning with seven next month, and will serve the signature cupcakes in addition to new items.
