Exec Chef Ryan LaRoche Leaving NoMI Kitchen

For the third time in three months, a high-profile staff member is leaving NoMI Kitchen at the Park Hyatt. Following the exit of chef de cuisine Sean Pharr and sommelier Chad Ellegood in June, executive chef Ryan LaRoche is also leaving the well-regarded magnificent mile hotel restaurant, Crain's reports.

LaRoche, who garnered a Jean Banchet nomination and was named a "chef to watch" by Esquire during his five-plus years at NoMI, is heading to D.C. New chef de cuisine Paul Dobroski will run the kitchen until a permanent replacement is hired. Stay tuned to see who that is and if there are any menu changes in store.
