Acanto, the casual Italian reconcept of Henri, looks familiar in some ways and brand new in others. The bones are similar—specifically the bar that sits to the right of the door—but the decor and feel are much different.
Billy Lawless' team has replaced the green color scheme with dark reds, added a half wall to separate the bar from the dining room, and a few high-top tables and stools. The wooden tables are now devoid of white tablecloths and sit on rugs. Booths now line a rear wine wall with chalkboard specials.
