Gibson's has drawn steak-lovers, celebrities, and partiers to the iconic neon sign on Rush Street for nearly a quarter-century. A summertime Saturday night rush here is certainly a unique experience, as drinkers pack the bar and listen to live piano while couples, families, celebrities and groups dine on steak at white tablecloth-clad tables inside and out.
