Updated: Red Lion Pub Opening July 16; Wollensky's Grill Closing For Renovations; More

LINCOLN PARK—The Red Lion Pub is opening on July 16, six years after the original location closed. Spero Botsis is the chef and he'll unveil the house Red Lion burger with red Leicester cheese and stout-grilled onions to the menu. Time to relive old memories and create some new ones. [EaterWire]

RIVER NORTH—Wollensky's Grill is closing for expansion renovations and will re-open in the fall. Other changes will include (hopefully) faster service along with a shrinking of portion and plate sizes to promote sharing. [Marina City]

RAVENSWOOD—The group behind Fountainhead is looking to open a food and beverage market in a storefront next to the restaurant, but have to get residents' okay since liquor licenses are on hold.
